At Triton Apparel, each order is prepared with care and shipped using the service we determine will provide the best combination of reliability, delivery time, and cost.

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $125 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping Carriers

Triton Apparel may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service are selected based on the destination, package size, weight, and delivery requirements of the order.

Customers cannot select a specific carrier with Standard Shipping. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been prepared for shipment.

Production & Processing Time

Many Triton Apparel products are made to order. Product pages will identify applicable production or turnaround times.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. An estimated two-week production time, for example, refers to the time required to produce and prepare the order and does not include the time the shipping carrier requires to deliver the package.

Orders containing multiple made-to-order products may be held and shipped together once the complete order is ready.

Tracking & Delivery

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been prepared for shipment.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Triton Apparel. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Triton Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact Triton Apparel before placing your order if you require delivery by a specific date.

Expedited shipping charges are quoted separately and are not included in the standard shipping rates or free-shipping promotion.

Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time only and does not automatically shorten production time unless specifically confirmed by Triton Apparel.

Local & Special-Event Pickup

Certain products, organization stores, team stores, special events, and partner collections may offer free local pickup or designated-location pickup.

When available, pickup instructions will be displayed on the applicable product or collection page.

Products offering designated pickup may be excluded from Triton Apparel's standard shipping rates. Customers requesting shipping for a pickup-designated product should contact Triton Apparel for available options.

Singletary Rod & Gun Orders

Products within designated Singletary Rod & Gun collections may include FREE pickup at Singletary Rod & Gun as the primary fulfillment method.

Customers who would prefer to have these products shipped should contact Triton Apparel for available shipping options.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact Triton Apparel as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates an issue with your shipment, please contact Triton Apparel so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the original packaging and product while the issue is reviewed.

Packages shown by the carrier as delivered but not received will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask customers to verify the shipping address, check the delivery location, and allow reasonable time for carrier delivery updates before further action is taken.

U.S. Shipping

The rates shown above are intended for standard shipping within the United States.

Orders requiring delivery outside Triton Apparel's standard shipping area should contact us before ordering to determine whether shipping is available and to obtain applicable rates.
